In today's commodified, globalized world, it's not really much of surprise to see these kinds of juxtapositions anymore. Still, it's pretty striking to walk past a meticulously handpainted Che Guevara mural reading "All Our Action is a Cry of War Against Imperialism" and notice that it's overshadowed and seriously outgunned by a jaunty new Coca-Cola billboard happily exclaiming "Optimism is Contagious and I Want to Make Myself Sick."Not much else to say. That's all you need right there, no?
