Whether it's delicious stuffed empanada-like tucumanas with all the fixings, sweet hot purple corn drink api with fried dough and powdered sugar, or a bowl of amazing soup with veggies and meats and spicy for 25 cents, Cochabamba street food rocks... and is available all night long, as you can see by the photo. Off to Rurrenabaque in the Amazon tomorrow by plane with friend Annelies - no internet til next week - keep your fingers crossed for photos of some pink river dolphins on Sunday!
